About this place

A wooden studio built 3.5 meters off the ground, wrapped around the trunk and branches of a living tree in Ungasan. Everything inside is natural wood in a romantic rustic style, and the branches run right through the living space. The studio has a sleeping area with a large double bed, a ceiling fan, a balcony nook, and its own bathroom with a shower and toiletries. The gated grounds are well kept, with a shared pool and lounge area, hanging swing chairs under the trees, hammocks, a yoga deck and high-speed Wi-Fi. The house sits well away from noisy roads, yet Melasti, one of Bali's prettiest beaches, is an eight-minute scooter ride. An unusual stay for two.

Questions

How much does this villa in Ungasan cost?

$21 per night or $350 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $147 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $52 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Ungasan is about $73 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 35 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.
