About this place

A stylish one-bedroom apartment that feels like a small eco-resort: wabi-sabi and boho touches in natural wood, raw linen, hand-thrown ceramic vases and woven pendant lamps. The bedroom is bright, with a large double bed, a heavy teak-framed mirror and arched doorways. The living and kitchen zone is separate and holds a sofa bed for a third guest, a coffee table, a full wooden kitchen with a hob and a dedicated desk area. The bathroom is lined in dark hexagonal tile, with an oval soaking tub and a basin cut from a single river stone. The gated grounds are the draw: a tropical garden with a sand beach area, thatched gazebos and a big lagoon-style pool with a shallow walk-in edge. A cafe on site will deliver food straight to the apartment. Shops, supermarkets, cafes and transport are all within a five-minute walk.

Questions

How much does this apartment in Ungasan cost?

$25 per night or $380 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $175 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $69 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Ungasan is about $94 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 54 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Ungasan like?

See our area guide for what Ungasan is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 5 km, with shops and cafés around 300 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
