About this place

A brand-new villa (built July 2026) in organic Mediterranean style: white arched openings, natural teak, soft lighting and pale marble floors. Inside is an enclosed living room with a corner sofa, a Smart TV, an air purifier and internet up to 300 Mbps. The dining area connects to a full kitchen with a two-door fridge, hob, microwave, blender and water dispenser. The bedroom has a queen bed, a workspace and a wardrobe, and looks straight out at the water. The bathroom sits under a glass skylight, with a backlit freestanding tub, a rain shower and a vessel sink. The private courtyard has an azure pool fed by a stone spout, timber loungers with a parasol, an outdoor shower and its own parking. The villa is on a quiet dead-end street in the Bukit, a few minutes' drive from Melasti Beach and from cafes such as Bull's Coffee, Made's Bakery and Wood Shack.

Questions

How much does this villa in Ungasan cost?

$30 per night or $465 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $210 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $87 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Ungasan is about $117 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 72 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Ungasan like?

See our area guide for what Ungasan is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 2.7 km, with shops and cafés around 300 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
