Terms of Use

These Terms govern the relationship between Sergei Mikhailovich Rudakov, individual entrepreneur (IE) registered in Russia (the Administration) and any person using the website sravnibali.com (the Website, the User).

By starting to use the Website — browsing pages, using search and filters, following links — the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them in full. If any condition is unacceptable to you, please stop using the Website.

The Website is an information service (an aggregator) that gathers details of rental accommodation on the island of Bali, Indonesia, in one place and compares them with the public prices of online booking systems.

The Administration of the Website:

• is not the owner, the landlord or the management company of any property listed;
• provides no booking service and accepts no payment for accommodation on the Website;
• is not a party to any rental agreement and acts neither as agent nor as guarantor for the parties to such an agreement;
• is not a tour operator, travel agent, hotel or booking system.

Booking and payment take place outside the Website — directly with the owner or management company at apartmentbali.com, with the relevant booking platform, or through a conversation with a manager in a messenger. All rights and obligations under an accommodation contract arise between the User and the relevant service provider.

All prices shown on the Website are for information only and do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

• Property prices are loaded from the management company’s system and may differ from the final cost of a booking depending on the dates, number of guests, length of stay and the conditions in force at the time.
• Hotel prices from booking platforms are collected periodically for fixed parameters and displayed with the date of collection. A price may change between our collection and your visit — always confirm the current cost on the platform itself.
• Amounts converted into another currency are a reference conversion at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and are indicative only.
• Comparisons of the kind «N% cheaper» follow the method we publish openly on our price methodology page (in Russian).

Our guides to areas, beaches, transport, visas, healthcare and daily life are written by the Website’s editorial team and are for general information. Entry rules, visa requirements, prices and service conditions in Indonesia change; check anything critical against official sources before you travel. Nothing on the Website is legal, medical, tax or financial advice.

The Website contains links to external resources. Some of them are affiliate links: if you follow one and complete a booking, the Administration may receive a commission from the partner. This never increases the price for the User. Advertising material carries the labelling required by law.

The Administration does not control the content of third-party resources and is not responsible for their availability, the accuracy of the information they publish, the quality of their services or their compliance with the User’s rights.

The texts of our guides and articles, the area descriptions, and the structure and design of the Website are the result of creative work and are protected by law. Copying material in substantial volume without the Administration’s written permission is not allowed. Quoting is permitted with an active link to the relevant page of the Website.

Property photographs are published with the rightsholder’s consent. Area photographs are used under open licences with the authors and licence terms credited — the full list is on our photo licences page. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification purposes only.

The Website is provided on an «as is» basis. The Administration makes reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and current but does not warrant that it is complete or error-free, nor that the Website will operate without interruption.

The Administration is not liable for decisions the User takes on the basis of material published on the Website, for the acts or omissions of property owners, management companies, booking systems and other third parties, or for any loss arising from the use of — or the inability to use — the Website.

How visitor information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The Website contains no forms that transmit personal data to the Administration’s servers.

The Administration may amend these Terms unilaterally. A new version takes effect when it is published at sravnibali.com/en/terms. This English text is provided for the convenience of international visitors; the Russian version is the original and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, by a court at the location of the Administration, subject to the mandatory pre-court procedure: a written claim must be answered within 30 calendar days of receipt.
