About this place

A neat 65 sq m villa built in 2024, with an eco look that borrows from tropical modernism and boho: a traditional alang-alang thatch roof, high ceilings with clerestory glazing, warm teak floors and orange accents. Inside there is a bright double-height living room with a soft sofa, a coffee table and a ceiling fan, and an island kitchen in microcement with wooden fronts, bar stools, a hob and open shelving. The two bedrooms are air-conditioned, each with a comfortable double bed, windows onto the garden and sliding timber doors to the terrace. The Wi-Fi is fast. The grounds are the real selling point: a generous private plot with a dense tropical garden. In the middle sits an open wooden deck with a private pool of 2.5 by 3 m, bright loungers and an outdoor shower. The house is tucked away from the busy roads in Ungasan, with supermarkets, pharmacies and cafes a 3-5 minute drive.

Questions

How much does this villa in Ungasan cost?

$54 per night or $850 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $270 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $72 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Ungasan is about $126 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 65 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Ungasan like?

See our area guide for what Ungasan is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 4.5 km, with shops and cafés around 500 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
