About this place

An elegant two-storey three-bedroom villa in Balinese modernism with eco-boho touches: a feature wall of split natural stone, a floating wooden staircase on a steel frame, neon ceiling lighting and sliding glass that opens onto the garden. The ground floor is one bright living zone: a lounge with a white sofa and a Smart TV, a round solid-wood dining table and a practical kitchen with contrasting cabinetry, a hob, a fridge and full cookware. Three roomy bedrooms have king beds, deep wardrobes and air conditioning, each with an en-suite microcement bathroom and a rain shower, plus a guest WC downstairs. The private courtyard is paved in pale slabs under tropical greenery, with a deep pool, timber loungers under a large parasol and a carved traditional gate. The villa is in central Kuta, quiet behind its walls but walking distance from the beaches, malls, spas and restaurants.

Questions

How much does this villa in Kuta cost?

$120 per night or $2,000 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $360 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $19 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Kuta is about $139 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 210 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Kuta like?

See our area guide for what Kuta is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 1.1 km, with shops and cafés around 200 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
