About this place

A bright, roomy one-bedroom apartment in a gated, quiet complex in the middle of Kuta. The look is classic Balinese resort: pale tile floors, solid teak furniture, ceiling fans and carved wooden panels. The living room is large, with a soft sofa, a coffee table, a TV corner and a door out to the balcony, which faces tropical greenery. The kitchen area has a granite worktop, a bar counter with tall wooden stools, a gas hob, a sink and a big fridge. The bedroom is separate, with a king-size bed, a roomy wooden wardrobe, air conditioning and its own bathroom in pale tile with a shower. In the complex courtyard, surrounded by palms, there is an outdoor pool with sun loungers. It is about as central as Kuta gets: a few minutes on foot to the sand, good restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, massage places and the nightlife on Legian Street. Sleeps up to three.

Questions

How much does this apartment in Kuta cost?

$25 per night or $390 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $175 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $38 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Kuta is about $63 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 52 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Kuta like?

See our area guide for what Kuta is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 500 m, with shops and cafés around 100 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
