About this place

A two-bedroom villa on the cliff edge in Uluwatu with an open view of the ocean. The interior is light Mediterranean-Balinese: natural wood, woven lamps, solid-wood tables and white accent walls. The living-dining room is the centerpiece, and its folding glass doors open it completely to the sea breeze and a wide balcony terrace with bean bags. Two bedrooms with double beds and coastal views, a dining area with a heavy wooden table, a kitchen, and two bathrooms, one of them a separate guest WC. It's set up for longer stays and remote work: a desk with a good chair, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, plus fresh linen, towels, robes and toiletries. Thomas beach is a three-minute walk, Padang Padang a five-minute drive, Uluwatu Temple seven, and the airport about 40 minutes. Sleeps up to 4.

Questions

How much does this villa in Uluwatu cost?

$55 per night or $900 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $275 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $48 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Uluwatu is about $103 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 130 m² with its own kitchen.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Uluwatu like?

See our area guide for what Uluwatu is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 50 m, with shops and cafés around 150 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
