About this place

A compact modern one-bedroom villa in warm tropical minimalism: polished microcement floors, heavy solid teak columns, white walls and wide sliding glass doors onto the garden and pool. The air-conditioned bedroom has a solid teak king bed, hanging woven lamps, a deep wardrobe niche and a work area. The en-suite bathroom is finished in white relief tile, with a vessel sink on a stone counter and a comfortable shower. On the covered terrace there is a working outdoor kitchen with a sink, fridge, toaster, kettle and prep space, plus a rattan table and chairs. The courtyard is completely screened: a pool lined in turquoise mosaic, a gravel area with soft poufs, tropical planting and parking. The villa is on a quiet street in Pecatu, 3 km from the Savaya club and Nungalan beach, about 10 minutes from the Padang Padang and Bingin surf breaks and Uluwatu temple.

Questions

How much does this villa in Uluwatu cost?

$22 per night or $370 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $154 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $56 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Uluwatu is about $78 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 60 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Uluwatu like?

See our area guide for what Uluwatu is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 2.2 km, with shops and cafés around 350 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
