About this place

A brand-new villa for two in the Japandi and eco-minimalist vein: microcement surfaces, slatted wood, textured tile and warm cove lighting. Black-framed glass partitions split the interior. The bedroom has a floating double bed with LED backlighting, a wall-mounted Smart TV and an open wardrobe system. The living side has a built-in corner lounge sofa, a coffee table, a bar counter with stools and a kitchen stocked with appliances, cookware and a water cooler. The bathroom carries the same microcement look, with a solid stone sink block and a rain shower. Sliding glass doors from every room lead out to the patio, where there is a private pool, a wooden walkway and tropical planting. Road links here are convenient: easy runs to Seminyak, Canggu, the Uluwatu peninsula and the international airport.

Questions

How much does this villa in Kuta cost?

$38 per night or $600 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $190 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $28 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Kuta is about $66 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 72 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Kuta like?

See our area guide for what Kuta is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 3.7 km, with shops and cafés around 300 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
