About this place

A new three-bedroom villa in tropical minimalism and wabi-sabi with Balinese modernist touches: rough stone cladding, pale microcement floors, warm concealed lighting and panoramic glazing in black frames. The enclosed living room has a sofa group with a coffee table, a Smart TV and a kitchen with a large island bar, built-in appliances and a dining area. Three bedrooms have solid teak king beds, air conditioning, deep wardrobes and sliding doors straight out to the water. Each has an en-suite with geometric feature tile, double stone sinks and a rain shower; the main suite has a semi-open bathing area with a freestanding tub against a wall of natural stone and greenery. The courtyard is hidden behind a tall stone wall: a wide dark timber deck, a deep pool with lighting, a trimmed hedge and a paved driveway. Balangan, Kubu, Bingin and Padang Padang beaches are 7-10 minutes away.

Questions

How much does this villa in Uluwatu cost?

$67 per night or $1,200 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $335 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $52 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Uluwatu is about $119 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 210 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Uluwatu like?

See our area guide for what Uluwatu is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 3.5 km, with shops and cafés around 400 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
