About this place

A studio villa with its own pool, built on a careful mix of Scandinavian minimalism and Balinese materials: natural wood and warm sandstone. The courtyard is completely screened from outside, with a wooden deck, woven loungers, cacti and a compact pool. The studio is one air-conditioned space: a king-size bed, a daybed beside it, a smart TV, a work area and a small kitchenette with built-in appliances and lighting. The clever part is the bathroom, finished in travertine, which connects through sliding glass doors to a private open-air garden with a freestanding oval tub and a rain shower. Uluwatu beach is a 15-20 minute walk, and there are plenty of cafes with different kitchens, shops, pharmacies and spas nearby. A quiet, romantic stay for two.

Questions

How much does this villa in Uluwatu cost?

$35 per night or $550 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $175 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $62 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Uluwatu is about $97 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 70 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Uluwatu like?

See our area guide for what Uluwatu is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 950 m, with shops and cafés around 300 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
