A split-level designer villa with high ceilings and a double-height void, built in a modern eco-boho style with Mediterranean notes: pale walls, natural teak, a vintage-patterned kitchen splashback and handmade wall panels. Downstairs there is a covered living room with full-height glass doors to the courtyard, a sofa, a coffee table, a Smart TV and a dining area with an extra sofa that can sleep adults. The kitchen is set up for proper cooking: hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, water dispenser, kettle and cookware. A steel staircase leads up to the bedroom: king-size bed, air conditioning, woven sconces, a safe and an armchair, plus a bathroom in grey stone with a rain shower and separate WC. The living room looks onto a private courtyard with palms, planting and a round hydromassage plunge pool. Kuta beach is a ten-minute walk, and malls, cafes and shops are steps away.
