About this place

An all-timber villa with a private pool in Sebatu, just outside Ubud. The interior is built entirely from natural wood in a traditional Indonesian style, and the bedroom is centered on a double bed under a white canopy. Air conditioning, a smart TV, a mini fridge, a kettle, a desk and Wi-Fi are all in the room. Two things stand out: the open-air bathtub on the half-covered terrace, and the pool, which looks straight out over green rice terraces and tropical gardens. A dining area sits on the covered terrace. The villa is surrounded by the nature and temples Ubud is known for: Tirta Empul and Gunung Kawi Sebatu, coffee plantations, waterfalls and the rice fields. Built for two.

Questions

How much does this villa in Ubud cost?

$30 per night or $510 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $150 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $27 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Ubud is about $57 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 75 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Ubud like?

See our area guide for what Ubud is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 30 km, with shops and cafés around 500 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
