About this place

An 80 sq m one-bedroom villa with its own pool in quiet Sanur. The architecture is contemporary Asian: natural wood and sliding floor-to-ceiling glass doors that turn the inside and the terrace into one space. There's an open living room with an L-shaped sofa and a TV, an equipped kitchen with a dining set, a desk, and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed. Both the living room and the bedroom open straight onto the private pool and an outdoor day bed. The bathroom is minimal, with a shower. Air conditioning, fans, a TV, fast Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances and dishes are all in place, and fresh linen, towels and toiletries are provided. Sanur beach is a 15-minute walk, with cafes, restaurants, spas and shops closer still. Sleeps 2.

Questions

How much does this villa in Sanur cost?

$41 per night or $650 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $205 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $90 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Sanur is about $131 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 80 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Sanur like?

See our area guide for what Sanur is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 900 m, with shops and cafés around 250 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
