About this place

A spacious private three-bedroom villa in modern tropical minimalism with traditional Balinese art details. The heart of it is a large lagoon-style pool with a natural timber deck, a built-in daybed at the water's edge, woven loungers, carved stone reliefs and a palm garden. Living space is a wide semi-open lounge under a shade canopy, with a big corner sofa, teak coffee tables and a Smart TV. The dining area, built around a heavy wooden table, connects to a full kitchen with a stone bar counter, built-in hob, oven and large fridge. Three separate air-conditioned bedrooms have king beds, carved wooden doors and art decor, and open directly onto the pool terrace. Each has an en-suite bathroom in pale microcement with double sinks and an open-air rain shower. The villa hides on a quiet lane a few minutes' walk from Seminyak's restaurants and beach clubs.

Questions

How much does this villa in Seminyak cost?

$85 per night or $1,370 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $255 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $18 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Seminyak is about $103 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 250 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Seminyak like?

See our area guide for what Seminyak is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 650 m, with shops and cafés around 100 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
