About this place

A monumental two-storey villa in Umalas, built for groups of up to 12. European minimalism, warm timber textures and furniture sourced by a Dutch antiques dealer. The enclosed core holds an air-conditioned living room with panoramic glazing, a dining area and a kitchen with a big island, bar counter and built-in appliances. Six bedrooms have premium beds, safes, work corners and views over the rice fields or the inner garden. Each has an en-suite in graphite tones with stone vessel sinks and a rain shower, and the main suite has a freestanding black tub by the picture window. Housekeeping runs six days a week, with grounds care and 24-hour concierge. The grounds are a secluded tropical oasis: level lawn, a lotus pond and an unusually deep pool (down to 2.6 m) ringed with loungers. The covered terrace has an al fresco dining area for 12. Two minutes from Seminyak, 10 from Canggu.

Questions

How much does this villa in Berawa cost?

$260 per night or $4,200 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $780 applies.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Berawa like?

See our area guide for what Berawa is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 2.4 km, with shops and cafés around 250 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
