About this place

A stately two-storey residence combining French colonial classicism with tropical Balinese modernism: a rusticated white stone facade with arched openings, panelled sliding doors, pale timber beams and natural oak floors. The ground floor is a large air-conditioned living room with a modular sofa, a Smart TV and a dining setting for eight. The chef's kitchen has an island with a bar counter, an oven, an induction hob and full cookware. Upstairs are four bedrooms with blackout curtains, arched wardrobes and rice field views: three with queen beds, one with twin singles. The main suite adds a marble bathroom with a deep tub and rain shower (4.5 bathrooms in total). The grounds hold a 14.5 by 4.51 m pool (depth 1.4-1.7 m), a stone deck with loungers, a hanging cocoon chair, a pergola, a garage and a rooftop viewpoint. Berawa Beach and the Finns and Atlas clubs are five minutes away.

Questions

How much does this villa in Berawa cost?

$180 per night or $2,900 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $540 applies.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Berawa like?

See our area guide for what Berawa is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 1 km, with shops and cafés around 300 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
