A grand two-storey villa in Mediterranean-tropical style, built for groups of up to 12. White arches, a gazebo sunk into greenery, natural wood and warm layered lighting. The ground floor holds an air-conditioned living room with a huge built-in sofa, a full-size pool table, a Smart TV with Netflix and a dining area for 12. The kitchen has a bar counter, oven and full appliances. A master suite on this level has a king bed, direct pool access and a bathroom with a deep tub. Upstairs: an open lounge terrace and four bedrooms, three with king beds and garden views plus a family room with two singles and bunk beds (four bathrooms and a guest WC in all). The grounds are large and private: a 10.2 by 3 m pool, loungers on a paved terrace, flowering bougainvillea and a sunken lounge under a pergola. It is 200 m to SOMA Fight Club, 350 m to Pepito Market and 10 minutes to Berawa beach.
