About this place

A split-level loft in deep graphite and near-black tones, built to a custom design in a dark-industrial, neo-modern vein. Double-height ceilings, industrial steel stairs, gold accents, pin lighting and black metal window walls give it a private, deliberate feel. The lower level is one open living space with a leather sofa, vintage pieces, a dining area and a designer kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead to a walled private courtyard with its own pool, a parasol and a lounge daybed among tropical plants. Upstairs sits the master bedroom, with a king-size bed and brick and raw concrete walls, plus a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is central Canggu: six minutes by road (2 km) to the Pantai Batu Bolong surf beach, and the big Pepito Canggu supermarket 500 m away, a minute by scooter or six on foot. The area's coffee shops, restaurants, shops and spas are all walkable.
