About this place

A bright, very comfortable split-level loft for two, leaning japandi and scandi-boho: warm wood textures, pastel tones, soft daylight through round and full-height windows, and glass-block partitions. The lower floor is an open living room with a beige sofa, a slab-wood coffee table, a TV and a round dining table, plus a practical kitchen with built-in appliances, a microwave, fridge and sink. The mezzanine above holds the bedroom: double bed, air conditioning, an open clothes rail and a door onto a private balcony with an armchair that looks over the palm groves. The bathroom is pastel-tiled, with a backlit round mirror and a shower area. Within the complex, surrounded by tropical planting, there is a turquoise pool and a covered lounge area with a bright sofa. Central Ubud, the art markets, the palace and the well-known restaurants are a 14-minute drive.

Questions

How much does this apartment in Ubud cost?

$22 per night or $350 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $154 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $35 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Ubud is about $57 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 55 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Ubud like?

See our area guide for what Ubud is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 20 km, with shops and cafés around 400 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
