A brand-new designer villa for two, drawn in a Japandi key with a Mediterranean streak: pale tones, oak and rattan furniture, textured wall panels and soft lighting. The plan is built around relaxing. The open, air-conditioned living room has a sofa, a TV corner, a round dining table and a kitchen with built-in appliances. The master bedroom is separate, with a king-size bed and sliding glass doors that lead straight to the water. The bathroom is the showpiece: a deep freestanding tub, a double vanity and a rain shower under natural light. In the private courtyard there is a turquoise pool with a wooden deck and tropical planting, plus a covered pergola with a soft daybed set right above the water. It is a ten-minute drive to the beach, the beach clubs and the restaurants, and guest support runs around the clock.
