About this place

A Javanese-inspired villa in the quiet Oberoi quarter of Seminyak. The central open pavilion is built under a century-old joglo timber frame, paired with polished microcement, natural stone and solid teak furniture. Four separate bungalows under thatch and tile roofs sit around a large pool and a landscaped garden with loungers. Each has air conditioning, a king bed with white cotton linen, a walk-in wardrobe and a semi-open en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and a sink carved from river stone. The pavilion holds a lounge with soft sofas, a dining table for eight and a fully fitted open bar-kitchen. Daily housekeeping by a private maid is included. The beach, Seminyak's boutiques and its best-known venues, from Potato Head and Ku De Ta to La Favela, are a nine-minute walk away. Room for eight or nine guests.

Questions

How much does this villa in Seminyak cost?

$140 per night or $2,200 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $420 applies.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Seminyak like?

See our area guide for what Seminyak is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 600 m, with shops and cafés around 300 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
