About this place

A brand-new designer villa with three bedrooms, renting for the first time. Tropical modernism meets eco-minimalism: warm timber panelling, graphite accents, woven lamps, a custom fan-shaped chandelier and rooms that open into greenery. The open plan holds a living room with a corner sofa and lounge chairs, a dining area around a massive slab-wood and epoxy table for eight, a bar island and a kitchen with integrated appliances. All three bedrooms are master suites with king-size beds, full-height sliding windows and walk-in wardrobes. Of the three and a half bathrooms, one is out in the garden, with a freestanding stone tub against volcanic rock. A wooden terrace runs the length of the house, with a turquoise infinity pool, loungers and an open view across rice fields and coconut palms. Central Ubud and its cafes and galleries are five minutes by car, yet it is completely quiet here.

Questions

How much does this villa in Ubud cost?

$110 per night or $1,800 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $330 applies.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Ubud like?

See our area guide for what Ubud is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 19 km, with shops and cafés around 500 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
