About this place
A two-story villa in traditional Balinese style, on the front row by the sea in Amed, the island's diving area. Inside there's carved solid-wood furniture, red accents and a painted wall mural with plant motifs. The house has two levels with two sleeping places on each. Downstairs, a cozy living area with wooden benches, bright textiles and a big wardrobe, plus a separate bathroom with a shower. Upstairs on the mezzanine, a sleeping area under a vaulted bamboo ceiling. The property has an outdoor pool looking out over the sea, a wooden sauna and a seating area. Guests get an electric kettle, a tea and coffee set, fast internet, towels and toiletries. It sits right on the coast, with cheap, good cafes, small shops and supermarkets nearby. A dive club for snorkeling and diving is a seven-minute walk. Works for a group of up to four.

Questions
How much does this villa in Amed cost?
$22 per night or $350 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $154 applies.
Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?
Yes — by roughly $18 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Amed is about $40 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 60 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.
How do I book?
Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.
What is Amed like?
See our area guide for what Amed is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.
How far is the beach?
About 50 m, with shops and cafés around 100 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
