About this place

A one-of-a-kind two-storey private villa where Balinese tradition meets Japanese japandi restraint. The lower floor is modern and minimal, with textured white walls and sliding glass; the upper level is an authentic dark teak pavilion under a traditional pitched roof. Downstairs: an enclosed living room with a white sofa, a dining table, a digital piano and a home cinema with a large projection screen. The white corner kitchen has a gas hob, extractor, microwave, fridge and full cookware. An external spiral staircase leads to the secluded master bedroom under a high timber vault, with a king canopy bed, wraparound glazing and a modern bathroom. The private courtyard has its own lawn and garden, a long swimming pool with white loungers, and an open view terrace upstairs under a pergola. The villa is on a quiet cul-de-sac in Kerobokan, 7-12 minutes by bike from Seminyak and Canggu.

Questions

How much does this villa in Seminyak cost?

$36 per night or $580 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $252 applies.

Is this cheaper than a hotel in the same area?

Yes — by roughly $28 a night. The median price of comparable hotels in Seminyak is about $64 for a room for two, while this is a whole place of 115 m² with its own kitchen and a pool.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Seminyak like?

See our area guide for what Seminyak is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 4 km, with shops and cafés around 300 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
