About this place

An exclusive five-bedroom villa, fully renovated to a design by Tina Kirschner: European boutique minimalism meets Balinese modernism. High vaulted ceilings with crystal chandeliers, floor-to-ceiling glass, pale stone floors, bespoke furniture. The living room is monumental, with modular sofas, a Smart TV and a solid-wood dining table, opening into a kitchen with a dark stone island. A separate home office looks out over the greenery. All five bedrooms have king beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, including a main bath with a freestanding tub under a glass dome. Staff handle grocery runs and breakfasts. Outside: a long pool, a timber terrace with loungers and a round daybed under a Balinese parasol, plus a rooftop lounge facing the sunset over the palms. The address is quiet, prestigious Umalas, 7-10 minutes from Seminyak and Canggu. Sleeps 10-12.

Questions

How much does this villa in Berawa cost?

$250 per night or $4,000 per month for longer stays, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. This is the owner's own rate — booking platforms add their 15–25% commission on top of rates like this. A refundable deposit of $750 applies.

How do I book?

Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your dates — we check availability with the owner and confirm. Booking and payment happen directly with the management company, not on this site; you get a rental agreement.

What is Berawa like?

See our area guide for what Berawa is good at and who it suits — surf, nightlife, rice fields or quiet family stays differ a lot between Bali's areas.

How far is the beach?

About 2.3 km, with shops and cafés around 300 m away. On Bali most people get around by scooter; distances that look short on a map can take longer in traffic.
