Mostly the reef itself: coral cuts and sea urchins at low tide on the Bukit beaches, so reef booties are a good buy. Jellyfish turn up occasionally in the wet season and stonefish are rare — shuffle your feet, rinse cuts well and see a clinic for anything deep.
